Basis
Written scope · Qompute AI role disclosed before scoping

Private AI that is actually private.

Sensitive AI has to run under your control — on your hardware, inside your boundary — and still work in production. Local hosting creates the opportunity for control, not control itself.

What I do

Local & air-gapped deployment Models and inference on customer-controlled hardware for sensitive, disconnected, or sovereignty-constrained workloads.
Private RAG & integrations Retrieval, document flows, enterprise integrations, identity, access, and operating boundaries designed around the real workload.
Isolation, hardening & exposure testing Data paths, model endpoints, admin surfaces, plugins, telemetry, supply chain, and failure modes tested against the intended custody model.
Architecture & hardware validation Compute, storage, networking, model choice, and operating cost right-sized before capital is committed.

I build sovereign AI infrastructure at Qompute AI. That role, and any potential benefit from a recommendation, is disclosed in writing before a private-AI scope is accepted.

What you get

A system that behaves the way the design claims, and the evidence to show it. For gaming and hospitality operators, a dedicated brief covers the sector’s specific exposure: AI security for gaming & hospitality.

It arrives as a written conclusion in the format of the sample memorandum: the question, the evidence reviewed, the assumptions it rests on, the findings, the unknowns, and what to do next. You can read that format before you call.
