The person who does your work spent a decade on enterprise security: incident response at Microsoft DART and IBM X-Force IRIS, cloud security consulting at CrowdStrike, and director of information security and compliance at Donorbox, a payments platform taken through SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS Level 1. CISSP, ten GIAC certifications and an M.S. in Cybersecurity. I also red team AI systems for product teams. You get that judgment on a problem sized for your business. Former employers are not clients or endorsers of this practice, and this is not a CrowdStrike or Microsoft service.

Ownership, sign-in and recovery controls for one small business environment.
One domain, one email tenant, one website and up to five users. Administrator multi-factor sign-in and recovery, selected permission cleanup, and a backup and restore check where your products allow it.

Business Engine
One customer journey that works end to end: storefront or booking, payment and follow-up.
One brand on one supported platform, up to five pages and 20 parent products, one purchase or booking journey, basic measurement and one follow-up workflow. Two consolidated revision rounds.

50% at booking, 25% at a working preview, 25% at acceptance. You supply approved copy and real product images. Custom applications, complex inventory or point-of-sale integrations, major data cleanup and photography are scoped separately.

A tested, working journey on mobile, owner access to every account, documentation another engineer can follow, and the acceptance evidence.
Optional continuing help
Monthly plans reserve a fixed amount of time for systems already documented. Reserve monthly in advance; rollover, cancellation and a clean exit are written into the agreement. No 24/7 response, unlimited revisions or general staff IT support.

I do not run a 24/7 security operations center, and no one person can. When your business needs continuous monitoring, I help you choose, deploy and tune an established endpoint protection and managed detection and response product, such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Defender for Business, that you buy and own directly; I do not resell it. Then I test that a real alert reaches a real person. If something goes wrong, I help you work out what happened and recover, within agreed capacity.
Suspect a compromised account, a fraudulent payment change or ransomware? Email with URGENT in the subject. Initial triage is not a guarantee of recovery; larger incidents may need counsel or an established incident-response firm. joey@victori.no
How the work is done
- Qualify and baseline: one decision-maker, one customer journey, the current problem and what it costs.
- Scope in writing: deliverables, exclusions, price, acceptance tests and data rules.
- Build in a controlled environment on a supported platform, using your approved content.
- Verify: the normal path, a failure path and the notifications, tested on mobile before anything is called live.
- Hand off: owner access, documentation, evidence and the optional support schedule.
Your subscriptions stay in your name and are paid by you. Credentials never travel by chat or email. AI helps with drafts, code and tests; I review and am accountable for every release, and payments, refunds, permissions and customer messages need human approval. Client data is never used to train models or shared across clients.
If the likely benefit does not justify the fee, I will recommend a smaller project or no purchase. That is part of the service.
